Marcus Lim spent eighteen years leading teams in manufacturing and retail, from a 12-person production line to a 140-strong regional operation. He has hired, fired, turned around failing shifts, and rebuilt teams nobody wanted to touch. Today he trains managers at over 40 Malaysian companies to do the same, faster and with less scar tissue than he collected getting here.
