5-axis CNC machining

Aluminium, titanium and tool steel milled to plus-minus 5 microns across 18 lights-out cells.

Injection tooling

Hardened multi-cavity molds designed, cut and sampled in-house for high-volume polymer runs.

SMT lines with automated optical inspection for dense, mixed-technology boards.

Metrology & QA lab

CMM and optical measurement with full traceability on every batch we ship.

From CAD to a first article in days - iterate the geometry before you commit to a tool.

The production line

Follow one part through the floor

Scroll to move a raw billet down the belt. Every station lights as the part arrives - cut, mill, coat, then pack and ship.

    Cut

    Bar stock is sawn and squared to the rough billet size.

  2. 02

    Mill

    5-axis cells machine the geometry to plus-minus 5 microns.

  3. 03

    Coat

    Anodise or passivate, then the metrology lab signs it off.

  4. 04

    Pack

    Serialised, kitted and staged for freight out of Penang Port.
