How much time does this really take?

Twelve minutes a day for the workout, plus a couple of simple food swaps. No two-hour gym sessions and no meal-prep marathons - the whole thing is built to survive a packed week.

Do I need any equipment or a gym?

None. Every workout is bodyweight and follow-along, done in the space beside your bed. If you later want to add a pair of dumbbells, we'll show you how - but it's optional.

Is the nutrition halal-friendly?
